Color is fully customizable and can be discussed during the planning stage.

𓆉 Pricing & Payment

𓇼 Hourly Rate

  • $18 per hour

I’ll provide an estimate of hours upfront, with a final total based on time worked. Most pieces take 6-8 hours depending on the complexity of the subject.

𓇼Additional Composition Pricing

𓇼Standard Composition

Single subjects or pairs with a plain background are included in the base hourly rate and deposit.

Example: “A Perfect Pair”

𓇼Background Add-On

Detailed or environmental backgrounds with one or a pair of subjects are an additional $15.

This applies to compositions featuring scenery, underwater environments, plants, coral, textures, or other developed settings.

Example: “Ocean Confetti”

A Perfect Pair - Standard Composition

𓇼Multiple Species / Complex Scenes

Compositions featuring multiple different subjects or species include:

  • +$15 background fee

  • +$10 per additional unique species or subject

Multiple individuals of the same species count as one subject and be priced as such.

𓇼 Deposit

  • $30 non-refundable deposit required before work begins

  • Deposit counts towards final payment

  • Remaining balance is due when the artwork is completed, then files will be sent over email.

𓇼 Accepted Payment Methods

  • Cash App

𓆉 Revisions & Check-Ins

  1. Initial Sketch Check-In

    • Sketch sent for approval

    • Color palette included if applicable

  2. Revision Check-In #1 - Color placement

  3. Revision Check-In #2 - Before final touches

  4. Final Check-In

    • Completed artwork shown before final delivery

Additional revisions beyond these may be subject to an hourly fee.

𓆉 Timeline

  • Estimated completion:
    5–12 business days, depending on:

    • Current commission load

    • Complexity of the request

Rush requests may (depending on current commission load) be available for an additional fee.

𓆉 Refund Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • If the commission is canceled before sketch approval, no additional payment is required beyond the deposit

  • If canceled after sketch approval, client is responsible for payment covering hours already worked

  • Once the final artwork is completed, no refunds are offered

𓆉 Usage Rights

Romanticize the life retains the right to:

  • Share the artwork in my portfolio and on social media, however it will not be sold as a regular artwork to others.

Commercial use or exclusivity can be discussed before commission request, and may require an extra fee.
